Corporate Events in Punta Cana

One Team Managing Every Moving Part

Corporate events in a destination market involve far more than booking a venue. Sertuin Events becomes your local operations team in Punta Cana—aligning the hotel, vendors, staffing, catering, transportation, production and event-day execution around one plan, one budget and one accountable point of contact.

Two Ways to Work With Sertuin

Choose the level of support that fits your internal team, venue agreement and event scope.

01

Full-Service Corporate Event Management

We lead the project from the first brief through final breakdown, including planning, sourcing, budget control, vendor coordination, guest logistics, production and on-site management.

Best for companies that want one local partner responsible for the complete event.

02

Local Event Execution

Your team keeps strategic control while Sertuin manages the work that must happen locally: site visits, supplier coordination, staffing, transportation, setup, show flow and event-day problem solving.

Best for corporate planners, agencies and DMC partners that need a reliable Punta Cana execution team.

How Corporate Event Planning Works

A clear, decision-led process keeps your event moving and gives every stakeholder visibility.

  1. 1

    Discovery Call

We clarify objectives, audience, dates, format, priorities and internal approval requirements.

  2. 2

    Scope & Priorities

We define responsibilities, must-haves, optional elements, venue constraints and success criteria.

  3. 3

    Budget Framework

You receive a working budget organized by category, with assumptions and decision points clearly noted.

  4. 4

    Venue & Vendor Plan

We source or coordinate the right local partners and confirm technical and operational feasibility.

  5. 5

    Production Planning

Timelines, layouts, staffing, transportation, catering, AV and guest touchpoints are brought into one plan.

  6. 6

    Approvals & Confirmation

Nothing material changes without your approval. Confirmed costs and responsibilities are documented.

  7. 7

    On-Site Execution

Our local team runs setup, suppliers, guest flow and show timing while keeping your lead informed.

  8. 8

    Closeout

We manage breakdown, final supplier reconciliation and a clear post-event handoff.

Financial clarity

Your Budget. Clearly Managed.

A destination event can involve dozens of moving costs. We organize the working budget by category, document what is included, identify allowances and keep approvals visible so your team can make decisions with confidence.

  • Itemized working budget with clear assumptions
  • Vendor comparisons when appropriate
  • Written approval before material scope or cost changes
  • Updated totals as decisions are confirmed

Corporate Event Planning FAQ

What types of corporate events do you manage in Punta Cana?+

We manage conferences, congresses, executive meetings, incentive programs, product launches, galas, team-building events, retreats, brand activations and multi-day corporate programs.

Can Sertuin manage the entire event from start to finish?+

Yes. Our full-service option covers planning, budgeting, venue and vendor coordination, staffing, guest logistics, production and on-site execution through final breakdown.

Can you work with our internal planner or event agency?+

Yes. We regularly operate as the local execution partner for internal event teams, agencies, corporate planners and destination partners.

Do you work with events already booked at a Punta Cana resort?+

Yes. We coordinate with the resort team and work within your existing agreement, approved-vendor rules, function-space schedule and operational requirements.

Can you help us compare hotels or independent venues?+

Yes. We can evaluate access, capacities, production requirements, supplier restrictions, guest logistics and the operational implications of each option.

How do you manage event budgets?+

We maintain an itemized working budget with assumptions, allowances, confirmed amounts and changes. Material cost or scope changes require approval from your designated contact.

Do you add hidden costs or change prices after approval?+

Our goal is transparent budget management. When a request, supplier update or venue condition affects cost, we explain the impact and obtain approval before committing the change.

Can you provide temporary event staff?+

Yes. Depending on the program, we can coordinate hosts, registration staff, runners, bilingual support, brand ambassadors and additional operational personnel.

Do you manage audiovisual production?+

We manage AV and production through qualified local partners, including technical planning, audio, lighting, screens, staging, rehearsals and show flow.

Can you coordinate airport transfers and group transportation?+

Yes. We can coordinate arrival and departure manifests, private transfers, group movements, vehicle dispatch and guest-facing transportation information.

Is your team bilingual?+

We coordinate in English and Spanish, helping international clients communicate clearly with local venues, vendors and event staff.

How far in advance should we contact you?+

Earlier is better for venue choice and supplier availability, especially for large or multi-day programs. Contact us even if your date is approximate so we can identify the right next steps.

Can you support site inspections before the event?+

Yes. Site inspections are arranged only after the corporate service is contracted and the agreed initial deposit is paid. The inspection has a separate cost and reviews venue flow, technical requirements, access, bathrooms, guest logistics and supplier feasibility.

What information do you need to prepare a proposal?+

Send the company name, responsible contact, phone, email, approximate date, participant count, duration, venue if known, objectives, required services, technical needs and an estimated budget. The budget may be approximate, but it is required to build a useful initial quote.

How quickly will you respond to our inquiry?+

Our average response time is about 30 minutes. With a complete brief, an initial corporate estimate can normally be prepared in two to three hours; a detailed production proposal takes longer and depends on the scope and requested revisions.

What deposit and payment schedule apply?+

There is no universal corporate deposit. The deposit and payment schedule depend on the event's size, services, suppliers and production commitments and are stated in the quotation and agreement.

What happens if the company cancels, changes the date or reduces attendance?+

Paid deposits are non-refundable if the company cancels. A date change normally has no additional planning charge when Sertuin Events and the required suppliers are available. Reducing attendance does not necessarily reduce the quoted cost because many operational expenses remain fixed.

How do you prepare for technical or operational contingencies?+

The production plan can include generators, inverters and a technical team when required. Venue security, emergency medical response and evacuation procedures are normally the venue's responsibility and are verified during planning.

What is delivered after the event?+

We coordinate breakdown and closeout and provide the agreed operational handoff, supporting event photographs and final documentation defined in the contract.
