These terms apply to your use of sertuinevents.com. By using the site, you accept them. Your event itself is governed by the written agreement we sign with you.

Information on the site

We keep descriptions, photos and prices accurate and up to date, but they are for general information. Photos show past events and styles; flowers, fabrics and details can vary with season and availability. Prices are in US dollars and can change until your booking is confirmed.

Quotes and bookings

• An estimate shown on the site, or a quote we send you, is not a booking.
• A booking is confirmed only when we both sign the written agreement and we receive the deposit it states.
• The agreement sets out the services, price, payment dates, changes, cancellation and weather conditions. If anything in these terms differs from your agreement, the agreement prevails.

Payments

Deposits and payments are made by PayPal or another method stated in your quote or agreement. Card payments are handled by the payment provider; we never ask for card numbers by form or message.

Venues and suppliers

Many events take place at hotels, resorts, private villas or public beaches that set their own rules, permits and fees. We tell you what we know about them, but those rules and any fees they charge are set by the venue. Third-party suppliers are responsible for their own services, except where your agreement says otherwise.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information, tell us about anything that could affect your event, such as allergies, accessibility needs or the number of guests, and follow venue rules and local law. You are responsible for your guests' conduct.

Testimonials and photos

If you share a testimonial or photo with us, you confirm that you may share it and allow us to publish it on our website and social media, with your first names. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, videos, logos and design of this site belong to Sertuin Events or its licensors. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Liability

We provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use or from a temporary interruption. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and disputes are handled by its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
