Private villa
A villa normally provides the greatest privacy and flexibility. It can support a short celebration with simple appetizers and gives the team more control over décor and guest movement. For more than about 10 guests, it is usually more comfortable than a beach. Every effect still requires a safety and property review.
Hotel
A hotel can be convenient for guests staying on property, but all-inclusive resorts often impose the most complex permissions. Decoration, detonations, photography and videography may each carry a separate fee. A non-all-inclusive property can operate differently; Sertuin has coordinated reveals at AC Hotel by Marriott Punta Cana, whose garden spaces can suit this type of event, subject to current approval and availability.
Beach
A beach creates a strong tropical backdrop and works well for a small group. The limitations are fewer amenities, exposure to sun and wind, and possible guest discomfort when the group is large. For more than about 10 people, a villa is often the better recommendation.
No fixed package or guest maximum
Sertuin does not sell preset gender-reveal packages. The client sends inspiration and requirements, we evaluate venue, providers and safety, and then provide a custom quotation. There is no universal guest maximum; the chosen property and plan determine capacity.
Permits and cleanup
Pyrotechnic or detonation effects are handled only by an appropriately authorized specialist and must be approved for the location. After the celebration, the team removes materials and leaves the area as it was found. A typical reservation deposit is 50 percent of the approved quotation.
