We plan the details and logistics across your wedding celebrations, with your family’s traditions at the heart.
We coordinate up to four days of wedding events, including venue logistics, ceremony requirements, design, specialized vendors, catering conversations, transportation and the master timeline. Your cultural or religious authority defines each ritual; our team organizes and executes the logistics.
A free discovery meeting comes first. After the agreement is signed, a US$500 deposit begins planning. A fifth event day and all venue, vendor and production costs are quoted separately.

We begin with a discovery meeting. After you select a package, we prepare the agreement, you submit the $500 deposit and we start developing the wedding plan, design, venue options and vendor strategy.
The initial deposit is always $500, regardless of the planning package you choose. The service begins after the agreement is signed and the deposit is received. The deposit is applied to your planning balance; cancellation and payment terms are stated in the agreement.
