What does your $2,500 wedding planning fee include?
Our fixed fee covers wedding concept development, venue research, independent vendor sourcing and coordination, budget and timeline planning, weekly meetings, 24/7 assistance and wedding-day coordination within the agreed scope. Third-party expenses are separate.
Does your planning fee increase with guest count?
No. Our standard Full Wedding Planning fee remains $2,500 regardless of guest count. The overall wedding budget may change because venues, catering and other vendors charge separately according to your requirements.
Do you receive commissions from wedding vendors?
No. We do not earn commissions from recommended vendors or add hidden markups. We research and compare suitable options, and you approve the professionals you wish to hire.
Are decoration, photography, video and transportation included?
No. Our service covers planning, vendor research, selection assistance and coordination. Décor production, photography, videography, transportation, catering, accommodation and other third-party services are contracted separately.
Do you provide weekly meetings and 24/7 support?
Yes. Full Wedding Planning and South Asian Wedding Planning include weekly coordination meetings and 24/7 assistance throughout the planning process. We coordinate planning decisions and milestones with each couple.
How is South Asian wedding planning different?
Our $4,999 South Asian Wedding Planning service provides specialized coordination for up to four event days, including cultural logistics, multiple celebrations and specialized vendors. A fifth event day and third-party expenses are quoted separately.
